  • 1 large banana, diced
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup chocolate almond milk

How To Make It

  1. Spoon yogurt and peanut butter into separate sections of an ice cube tray; freeze for 3 to 4 hours.
  2. Pop frozen yogurt and peanut butter cubes out of the ice cube tray and place into a quart-size plastic freezer bag along with banana. (Or, to make individual portions, divide ingredients evenly between two freezer bags.) Label the bag and store in the freezer.
  3. When ready to serve, pour the contents of the bag into a blender, add chocolate almond milk, and tblend until smooth. (If using an individual-portion bag, add only ½ cup chocolate almond milk.)
