Ingredients
- 1 large banana, diced
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup chocolate almond milk
How To Make It
- Spoon yogurt and peanut butter into separate sections of an ice cube tray; freeze for 3 to 4 hours.
- Pop frozen yogurt and peanut butter cubes out of the ice cube tray and place into a quart-size plastic freezer bag along with banana. (Or, to make individual portions, divide ingredients evenly between two freezer bags.) Label the bag and store in the freezer.
- When ready to serve, pour the contents of the bag into a blender, add chocolate almond milk, and tblend until smooth. (If using an individual-portion bag, add only ½ cup chocolate almond milk.)
