Ingredients

  • 1 small onion, grated or finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup dried bread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pound ground turkey breast
  • Olive oil spray
  • ½ cup tzatziki sauce

How To Make It

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine onion, garlic, egg, bread crumbs, ketchup, parsley, Parmesan, salt and pepper. Mix in turkey and shape into 12 ½-inch meatballs.
  3. Place meatballs on a baking sheet and spray them with olive oil.
  4. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until lightly browned. Serve with ½ cup tzatziki sauce.
