Now’s the perfect time to show a little love to your child’s doctor, diabetes educator, school nurse, and other healthcare providers. Print out these cards and at your next appointment, have your child color them in (great waiting-room activity!). Add your own note if you want, then let your child hand them out to the staff to show your appreciation for everything they do. Never underestimate how much it means to them to know they’re making a difference for your child!

For your diabetes educator or other care team member

For your child’s school nurse

For your healthcare provider who recommended the Disney/Lilly website or books
