No-Cook, Carb-Counted Summer Recipes

When it’s sweltering outside, you probably feel like cooking away in a hot kitchen about as much as the kids feel like getting out of the pool to come set the table. That’s why no-cook recipes are so genius: You can whip up a delicious meal without turning on the oven or messing up tons of pots and pans — which means less clean-up for the kiddos on dish duty!

We asked Tim Harlan, M.D., internist, author, and medical director of the Tulane University School of Medicine, and Barry Sears, Ph.D., creator of the Zone Diet, to share their favorite healthy, family-friendly, summertime recipes, along with carb counts and nutrition info.
